Cold Weather ExercisesPhoto by Justin Singh

It’s getting chillyoutside, but there’s no need to take shelter in the gym until spring! Keep up an outdoor fitness routine by out-dressing the weather. Stick to synthetic materials close to the body to wick away sweat before it has time to cool down. Always bundle up the head, hands, and feet, which are most susceptible to the cold and lose heat more quickly than the core.

Do it Today: This winter, stay toasty warm while exercising with synthetic layers and a hat, gloves, and thick socks to protect your hard-working extremities.
