Use Happy Memories to Break a Bad Mood
Everybody gets in a funk at some time or another. Don’t let feeling bad ruin your day — try some positive visualization to stop a sour mood in its tracks. Use 10 minutes to think about private successes and fun things that have happened. They don’t have to be major — a great run outdoors, a delicious cup of coffee, or a nice interaction with a stranger on the street all count.
Do it Today: During a bout of the winter blues, improve your mood by taking a few minutes to remember some happy memories.
