A Thanksgiving feast doesn’t mean all healthy habits must be tossed aside. Here are some tips to have a fun and healthy holiday that are easy as (pumpkin) pie.
The Smarter Way to Enjoy Dangerfood: Peanut Butter
Keeping the lid on a peanut butter snack isn’t as easy as hiding the jar of Skippy. November is National Peanut Butter Lover’s Month, but how can we chow down on this yummy spread without taking it to “Dangerfood” levels? The key here is moderation. Limit yourself (tough as it may be) to one serving of PB — about the size of a ping-pong ball — to enjoy the taste and protein and avoid consuming too much fat and sugar.
Do it Today: At lunchtime, stay healthy by sticking to one serving of peanut butter in your sandwich.

I loooove peanut butter and I am dreading the day I will have to stop eating it when I get closer to the competition. Funny enough I never liked it until I started training for a competition and now I can't have enough. It is my guilty pleasure but I make sure I only eat one table spoon (I measure it every time).
