In the first of our weekly Q&A installments, we asked The Greatist Team a simple question: “What’s the Greatist thing you ever bought?” Here are their answers regarding those favorite Fitness, Health, and Happiness products.

Lightweight Running Shoes: “I have a HORRIBLE time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. For the last 3-4 years, I’ve avoided any fitness activity that required me to run/depend on my feet (except for spinning!) because I hated my sneakers so much and I couldn’t find a pair that I liked. BUT, then, in May, I found a pair, and I’m in love with them. They made me actually WANT to put them on!” — Kate Morin

A Vegetable Steamer Basket From Crate & Barrel: “When I bought this, I had no idea how much I would use it. I ate a lot of vegetables before but, four months later, I’m still surprised at how quick and easy it is to make fresh veggies with one inch of water and 8 minutes.” — Claudine Morgan

Sagaform Herb Pot Trio: “Gardening isn’t for everyone— especially in NYC. But with this small herb pot trio we’ve been able to grow our own basil, rosemary, and mint. The herbs look and smell great on our windowsill, and we avoid having to spend on store-bought seasonings. You also get to reap the rewards… Fresh mojitos anyone?” — Jordan Shakeshaft

Mini Babybel Light Cheesewheels: “When hunger and cravings strike between meals, I snack on one or two Mini Babybel Light Cheeses. Coming in at just under 70 calories a pop, these delicious snacks keep me from chowing on a box of cookies or overeating at a meal. It’s become a kitchen staple for me and I’ll never get sick of it. It’s also super fun to eat!” — Cathy Zhu

Pair of Cannondale Spinning Shoes: “I became addicted to spinning after only a few classes, but I began to notice that my arches couldn’t handle it. That made it hard to run (which is my first love) on my alternate days. Spinning shoes can be pretty pricey, so after shopping for hours online, I found these. And they are pink! My feet are happy again.” — Kristine Lockwood

Adidas Adistar Weightlifting Shoes: “Lifting— especially squats, standing presses, and deadlifts— require a stable platform, and these shoes give me just that. The heels are solid and don’t bend like normal running shoes, which takes out that crazy-legs knee wobble. The raised heel also makes squatting movements a little easier on the knees. I don’t head to the gym without them.” — David Tao

Boy Meets World Season DVDs: “Who doesn’t laugh when they hear the Feeny call? Not only do the hilarious (and cheesy) story lines of Boy Meets World help me relax, but it also helps me remember my childhood, which always puts a smile on my face.” — Leah Rocketto

Blender: “What can’t you do with a blender? Milkshakes, smoothies, juices, even (for the adventurous) nut butters. In gosh darn seconds. You can even experiment and blend things for gits & shiggles. Of course, find one that doesn’t break in a month and you become the ultimate kitchen champion.” — Derek Flanzraich

“Oh, the Places You’ll Go!” Mug: “This Dr. Seuss mug reminds me of my childhood and never fails to put a smile on my face. It reminds me that I have brains in my head and feet in my shoes, and I can steer myself any direction I choose!” — Nicole Meighan
