It’s my unspoken rule not to cook recipes that have more than five ingredients that aren’t already in my kitchen. Considering my spice rack contains only two ingredients (salt and pepper), the list is limited.

Yet I’m always invited to potluck dinners thanks to my simple, healthy, crowd-pleasing, go-to dish: roasted asparagus.

Seriously, it takes about 20 minutes, tastes delicious, requires only three ingredients and is Passover appropriate. Win-win.
