Introducing Greatist Bootcamps
Greatist knows health and fitness is hard. We try our best to inform and inspire others to become more fit, healthy, and happy one better choice at a time. But there's no one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness. Someone fresh out of college probably has different goals than an established professional with a family. And with all the information on the web, it’s hard to know where to start the journey to a healthier lifestyle.
So we created Greatist Bootcamps.
Greatist Bootcamps are three-week email programs designed for recent college graduates, professionals, and parents. Once a day for 21 days, you’ll get an email with expert tips and actionable ways to be more fit, healthy, and happy along with a daily "To-Do" list to stay on track — all for less than $1 per week. The three programs — Recent Graduate, Office Dweller, and Family Edition — are designed to solve the health and fitness challenges unique to each group.
The content in the emails is exclusive to Greatist Bootcamps and won’t be found on the site. But rest assured — you can expect the same high-quality expert advice and scientifically backed tips found in all Greatist content. Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll get:
Recent Graduate Bootcamp: Learn the basics of being out in the “real world” — we’ll cover eating on a budget, handling stress, and getting enough Zzzs.
Office Dweller Bootcamp: Spending all day at work can make it tough to stick to a solid health and fitness plan. We’ll go over how to have a healthier lunch, staying office-active, and making your desk a stress-free zone.
Family Edition Bootcamp: Health and fitness is hard enough for one person and can be even tougher as a family. We’ll guide you through family fitness, snack time, and how to keep it fun (for everyone) along the way.
