Where can I find realistic information on how much cardio to do each day?  I read so much conflicting stuff on this?  I weight train 3 hours a week.  I am fit.  I want to do cardio 6 days a week.  Some experts say it's too much, some say do interval training, others say don't do interval training two days in a row????????

Absolutely LOVE your site.....informative, energetic and fresh!  Keep up the GREAT work!!!!

I find your list of greatest in health to be nothing more than tabloid health... where are those who are actually healing people of serious diseases not just celebrities with pretty faces. But those in the trenches.  And what is with all the Positive Psychology people -- the Happiness fraud?   Please do your homework folks

Amen.   Requires a common sense, holistic response.  Let's kill the silver bullets and the sacred cows (or dispose of said bullets on said bovine).  In additon to brown rice over white rice, also humbly suggest one Naked Pizza Ancestral Blend crust of 10 grains/seeds, prebiotic agave fiber and probiotics instead of a crust made with a single highly processed grain, at a time.  We can do a little better, without big tradeoffs.  Thank you, Robbie @nakedpizza:twitter

Thanks Robbie-- appreciate this a ton. Bring Naked Pizza closer to NYC & we'll be first in line to test it out!

Thank you Derek.  We'll be open on 14th at 3rd (nxt to Trader Joe's) in July.  Keep sharing your wisdom, leading the charge.  Meet you in the middle.

I'll say, wouldn't expect to hear something like this from most other sites. Bold, but in the best possible way.

When are you accepting pre-orders for printed and framed manifestos? :)

I'll take one! :-)
