AboutFavorite splurge food: Nachos...any way shape or form! Go-to fitness routine: When in doubt, go for a quick run or run some sprints and you can never go wrong with squats, deadlifts and lunges! Favorite way to de-stress: Laughing of course! If I can't find anything to laugh about (which is very rare) I will find the closest yoga class and that usually melts away my stress! Why I’m a greatist: I believe that fitness and being physically active can change your life for the better-vastly improving it in countless ways-from stress reduction, to helping your body remain active to living longer and maximizing your potential. Secondly, I believe that taking time to focus on your own needs and take care of yourself will allow you be a better person, wife/husband, mother, father daughter/son & friend. Lastly, I believe that we need to take care of our planet and our natural resources-they are a gift from our parents and they are one of the greatest gifts we can give our children.
