AboutSarah first became interested in yoga while living in Southern California. It was in the midst of a cross-country drive with her brother that she spontaneously announced she wanted to “learn yoga.” That was about ten years ago and she is still learning. Sarah trained to become a teacher with Hari Kaur in New York City and feels blessed to be part of her staff at Hari NYC. She has studied Naad with SatKirin Kaur, and also emerged herself in coursework with Gurumeher Singh in India. Sarah embraces the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and shares the teachings with humor and love. She is the co-founder of Relax Already Yoga. What’s your most troublesome fitness, health, and happiness issue/weakness? Sour Cream and Onion Potato chips or macaroni and cheese I'm looking forward to learning more about...Yoga & anatomy even more deeply. The body and mind are so complex.
