Why I’m a greatist: I've given up on fads and phases, and decided that the key to a long, healthy and happy life is making the right choices one day at a time. I've learned that the answer to self-confidence won't come in a week, a month, or even a year. It's a lifelong journey that I feel like I'm only just starting.
