Favorite splurge food: Cheese & gummy bears! Go-to fitness routine: RUNNING! I love it, can't get enough of it. I run 3 - 4 days a week and incorporate weight training into my routine 2 - 3 days a week, or a yoga class here or there to switch it up a bit. Favorite way to de-stress: A nice cold class of Pinot Grigio! Why I’m a greatist: I am a greatist because I am very passionate about promoting health and fitness, but at the same time to don't take myself too seriously and enjoy having balance in my life (ie. drinking wine and indulging a little on the weekends).  I love connecting with other like minded people, sharing stories, experiences; ideas etc. I hope to encourage others to live a healthier, more relaxed and more active lifestyle. I have been inspired to be a healthier more active person over the years through friends and other bloggers and I am excited to have the opportunity to do the same through blogging and being a greatist ambassador!
