Favorite splurge food: Anything cookie doughGo-to fitness routine: My fitness routine tends to change every few months depending on my schedule and mood.  I love group exercise classes (especially kickboxing, spinning, and pilates), but my schedule rarely allows it anymore.  Nowadays, I do a mix of running, strength training (dumbell or bodyweight circuits), and yoga. Basically, I do what I can, when I can, and try to make it fun!Favorite way to de-stress: Tea, sweatpants, a good stretch, and a good book.Why I’m a greatist: My personal motivation for fitness, nutrition, and happiness is simply self-improvement; I want to be the best "me" I can be.  Every day, I challenge myself (and my readers) to make choices that will benefit my health and happiness both now and in the long run. I seek out information that will help me make informed decisions with the goal of becoming my very best self. That's what makes me a greatist!
