Favorite splurge food: Pizza Go-to fitness routine: My go to fitness routine is Hot Bird Running Workout - a 3-4 mile run with strength exercises interwoven. I love a good sweat and lots of core strength exercises! Favorite way to de-stress: My favorite way to de-stress is to ditch the phone, find a friend (Jessica!) and head outside. We grab a coffee and walk the neighborhood. Why I’m a greatist: I'm a greatist because I want to inspire others to be and feel great - in running, health and fitness. I choose to become a run coach because I wanted everyone to understand the power of goal setting and achieving those goals.
