Delaney

About
Matthew Delaney is a strength coach for Inner City Weightlifting, a non profit aimed at providing fitness for inner city youth. Along with being an accomplished national level Olympic Weightlifter with personal bests of 256 pound snatch and 301 pound clean and jerk, Matt has also coached at Mike Boyle's strength and conditioning where he coached high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Matt was also fortunate enough to have trained under Carl Valle and worked out along side 2008 Olympian Hector Cotto in the sport of track and field. He also consulted with Jonathan Chaimberg, strength coach for Georges St. Pierre.
