AboutFavorite splurge food: Pizza! Go-to fitness routine: I love to run. I try to run at least 4 days a week, sometimes more, sometimes less. If I'm not running, I'm at hot yoga class. Favorite way to de-stress: A nice, easy run with no Garmin. Or a trip to the mall... Why I’m a greatist: I'm a greatist because I'm committed to my health and to helping others be committed to their health as well. I strive to encourage everyone to be the best they can, no matter where they are in their journey. I want everyone to feel like a greatist!
