Lindsey is a Registered Dietitian and self-proclaimed foodie at heart currently working in the field of weight management. She also works as a Consultant for companies in the food and beverage industry, communicating health, nutrition and exercise guidance to reporters, media, and consumers. Lindsey graduated from the Dietetic Internship program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and prior to this received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She is extremely passionate about creating, whether it's designing a fast food cheat sheet for those on-the-go or helping a client create the perfect meal plan for their active lifestyle. Most recently, Lindsey became the co-creator of Oh My Nosh!, a project dedicated to bringing healthy and delicious eats to Middle Tennessee. She hopes to receive her Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management later this year.
My most troublesome weakness is...Finding activities that I enjoy in the winter time to keep me active. And food trucks...sooo delish!
