AboutFavorite splurge food: Peanut Butter! Go-to fitness routine: I don't have one particular go-to routine because I enjoy a variety of different fitness activities. You can catch me (if you can) doing long runs, strength training, yoga, HIIT, circuit workouts, different bootcmaps, etc. My workouts never get old because they are new every day! Favorite way to de-stress: My favorite way to de-stress is by blogging which usually includes baking and photography. Why I’m a greatist: I am a greatist because social media and the healthy living community are two of my favorite things. I believe that living healthy is contagious.
