Favorite splurge food: Pizza!
Go-to fitness routine: Yoga. Keeps me sane, keeps me strong, keeps my bum toned :)
Favorite way to de-stress: Playing and laughing with my family. There is no better stress relief than the sound of babies laughing :) But when I really need some "me" time to zone out, I make a date with my yoga mat. It's so calming.
Why I’m a greatist: I live my life constantly trying to keep the positive in focus. It's SO easy to beat ourselves up for every bad decision we make, so why not focus on the good choices we made and celebrate those? Example: I didn't go for a run today, but I DID get some cardio in while dancing with my kids!
