I am a stay-at-home mom, these days referred to as a SAHM. My husband and I have been together since we met at the University of Arizona, where I graduated with a degree in Business. We have two kids; six and seven.
I have been a “gym rat” since my dad got us a family membership at a Nautilus gym when I was in high school. I am a health and fitness fanatic and have competed in three bodybuilding competitions. I am also certified in Fitness Nutrition.
So, what do I want to be when I grow up? I want to be a Fitness Writer. A really good one - that can provide people with information to help them become their best fit selves.
My most troublesome weakness is... “It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not.”
I'm looking forward to learning more about... the mental and emotional aspects of leading a healthy lifestyle. There is fitness. There is nutrition. And then there is inspiration and motivation which are equally as important, but they never seem to get the same type of attention.
