Favorite splurge food: Chocolate chip cookies Go-to fitness routine: High intensity interval training (HIIT)! I do a lot of burpees, pull ups, push ups, and jumping—and only spend 12 to 15 minutes a day exercising. Favorite way to de-stress: Working out and taking my Beagle pup Rocket for long walks in the beautiful California outdoors. Why I'm a greatist: Most people think they have to spend an hour or more a day exercising in order to get fit and healthy—but in fact, it only takes around 12 minutes a day of intense exercise to stay in shape. I want to share my message with the world and spread Greatist's mission that everyone can be more fit, healthy, and happy.
