AboutHealth and food—and how they're related—have always interested me. I’ve been cooking since I could walk (literally). After spending years getting comfortable in the kitchen, a new-found gluten intolerance changed the way I view food, and I'm enjoying re-rooting myself with new standards of how to eat healthy for me.
