Julie has an M.A. in Nutrition Science from Syracuse University, a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Oswego, and completed her Dietetic Internship at Syracuse University. When her son was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at the age of 2, Celiac Disease and the gluten free diet then became her passion. She stays current on Celiac disease and other dietetic-related issues as an active member of the American Dietetic and NYS Dietetic associations and as a Dietitian for the CNY Celiac Support Group.
