Jessica is an experienced nutrition and health professional who provides sports nutrition and weight management counseling through her private practice, Major League Wellness. She has a bachelor's degree in nutrition from Cornell University, a master's degree in exercise science from George Washington University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in exercise science at Syracuse University. Jessica has worked as a nutrition educator at the Food Bank of Central New York and the Washington (D.C.) Cancer Institute, but her true love is teaching, and she currently teaches Basic Nutrition and Anatomy & Physiology. Jessica is also a certified yoga instructor and an aspiring distance runner and sprint triathlete! My most troublesome weakness is... Finding time to cook healthy meals for myself and my husband.
