AboutFavorite splurge food: A thousand chips and salsa Go-to fitness routine: I teach fitness classes at a local health resort, and on the days I don't work, you can find me practicing Zumba dances, HIITing it up on the treadmill, lifting weights or practicing yoga. My favorite type of fitness is chasing my 10-month old daughter around. Favorite way to de-stress: Massage! I also love restorative yoga practices, reading or watching brainless television, like Kardashians. Why I'm a greatist: With everything I have going on, it's so important to remain present while striving to live a happy, healthy and balanced life.
