I’m a fitness fanatic and personal trainer from Ontario, Canada. I work in-person and via the web with a variety clients ranging from exercise newbies to competitive athletes and just about anyone in between. I specialize in bodyweight exercise training, which helps my clients (and myself) stay in shape without relying on access to a gym or specialized equipment.
