AboutFavorite splurge food: Frozen Yogurt Go-to fitness routine: My fitness routine lately has been CrossFit 5 days a week and running 2 days a week! Favorite way to de-stress: There are a couple of ways that I de-stress through workouts. My first one would be running with headphones and just forgetting about the world. I just concentrate on my sneakers hitting the pavement. The other way would be lifting heavy weights! At CrossFit when I'm working on lifting I forget about everything else and just focus on the weight! Why I'm a greatist: I'm a greatist because everyday I focus on trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Yes I cheat sometimes and sometimes I miss workouts but my life goal is to live as healthy as possible and share my knowledge with others that want to do the same!
