Favorite splurge food: Frozen Yogurt
Go-to fitness routine: My fitness routine lately has been CrossFit 5 days a week and running 2 days a week!
Favorite way to de-stress: There are a couple of ways that I de-stress through workouts. My first one would be running with headphones and just forgetting about the world. I just concentrate on my sneakers hitting the pavement. The other way would be lifting heavy weights! At CrossFit when I'm working on lifting I forget about everything else and just focus on the weight!
Why I'm a greatist: I'm a greatist because everyday I focus on trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Yes I cheat sometimes and sometimes I miss workouts but my life goal is to live as healthy as possible and share my knowledge with others that want to do the same!
Morning hacks
I'm just like you! I wake up and drink coffee, eat breakfast and get on the computer up until I have to leave for the gym. It's not that productive but its a little me time!
