Go-to fitness routine: I love switching up my fitness routine and trying different things, but here are a few of my current favorites:

-Insanity DVDs
Favorite way to de-stress: When I'm stressed my favorite thing to do is curl up with a good book and get lost in the troubles of fictional characters. It always makes whatever I'm worrying about seem less important.
Why I'm a greatist: I love inspiring people to make healthy choices in their lives. Even if I can affect just one person's lifestyle, or make one person think about themselves differently, I would consider it a success.
