Blaise is a recent college graduate who spent most of her non-class hours in front a computer in the newsroom, so she's re-learning the ways of a non-sedentary life. A NYC-transplant from big, bad Missouri, she's learning the ropes of the city and which subway lines least smell like urine. When she's not writing, Blaise is probably watching "Project Runway" reruns, sipping iced coffees, or daydreaming about crafts she will never get around to making. Blaise has also been published in Metro, Detours Magazine and the Truman State University Index. My most troublesome weakness is... ginger ale. It's not nearly as accessible in Missouri, so seeing it here turns on something in my brain that says "Drink this while you have the chance!" Often, I do. I'm looking forward to learning more about... alternative workouts other than the regular routines available in the typical gym, as well as ways to keep motivated and inspired.
