Andia Winslow, Yale alumna and founder of The Fit Cycle, is both a Professional Golfer and a passionate Master Certified Fitness Professional and Ambassador for the American Heart Association Go Red for Women campaign. As a thought leader in the world of wellness, she believes that "the best experiences are those that are shared" and has been recognized globally for her fitness activism in the creation of innovative movies that encourage heart health, proper consumption, injury prevention and total athletic development. Andia's work has been featured by The New York Times, CNN, Forbes, Cosmopolitan, Shape Magazine, Black Enterprise, Heart & Soul Magazine, USA Today, The ChicagoTribune, Health Magazine, Headline News, Weight Watchers,SELF, ESPN.com and Mashable.com. 

 
When not competing, Andia served as a seasonal Golf Teaching Professional and Fitness Trainer at Chelsea Piers, the world renowned athletic and entertainment facility in New York City. She has been heralded as one of the “Hottest NYC Trainers” and teaches high intensity group classes including Manhattan Beach Workout and Aqua Cycling, the latest fitness craze. As a Master Sports Performance Coach, she helped to launch the one-of-a-kind Mile High Run Club, the highly acclaimed dedicated running studio. A fitness consultant and sport choreographer, Andia has developed classes and workshops for corporate clients, events and campaigns including: “I Will What I Want” by Under Armour, Intel, Walmart, Calvin Klein, MLB, Ford, lululemon and Athleta.
