Go-to fitness routine: When in New York, running the 6-mile loop in Central Park is my favorite. My current fitness go-to in San Francisco is sweating it out in Bikram yoga (when I have a few hours to spare). Favorite way to de-stress: Anytime I'm feeling a little stressed out, I can be found hightailing it to Whole Foods. I know it sounds strange, but there something about wandering the aisles full of seasonal, colorful produce, just waiting to be made into a beautiful, nutritious meal really puts me at ease. After spending too much money in Whole Foods, I get stressed out about how much money I just spent on heirloom tomatoes, and repeat the process all over again.
