Why I'm a greatist: I want to inspire others to be healthier by showing realistic options that aren't dogmatic or overly constricting. And I do so by taking the best and most complicated information, and making it more easily digestable so that everyone can apply the lessons to their lives. Fitness and nutrition are a way of life, but it doesn't have to be an uncomfortable or frustrating existence. It should be fun, enjoyable, and adaptable to your preferences and lifestyle. And anyone that tells you differently doesn't understand what it means to be a greatist. (And they're probably pretty grumpy, too.) Favorite splurge food: Does nut butter count? Because I eat so much that it becomes a splurge. Go-to fitness routine: Go heavy and finish with complexes. Favorite way to de-stress: Lift heavy weights or listen to great music.
