There's something about the change of seasons that always leaves us feeling a little off-balance. On days when we're feeling blah, we know no amount of coffee or chocolate is going to help. And that's where yoga comes in handy.

Hopefully, yoga always feels good for your body, but in this video I share some of my favorite poses, from hip-opening lunges to shoulder stretches, that will feel amazing on all those tight spots. All it takes is a mere 20 minutes to help you regroup, reset your body, and feel like a million bucks again. And the best news? Absolutely no experience is required, so even if you've never, ever, tried yoga before, just press play and jump right in.
