Your top choices for max water intake are greens like celery, lettuce, and broccoli, along with fruits and yogurt (all foods that, no surprise, are also good for you!). Yep, even coffee made the cut, since caffeine isn’t dehydrating as long as you drink it in moderation. So now you can sip your morning cup in peace.
