Starting the day with a hearty breakfast is great for your health. But ending it with a bowl of ice cream (or even a healthy cereal) isn’t necessarily as awesome.
Today, try squashing that late-night snack attack by filling up on fiber during the day and winding down with a cup of tea. After all, eating at night can lead to unwanted weight gain, and eating a big meal close to bedtime can disrupt sleep. (Plus, eating earlier gives you an excuse to have a cookie for breakfast, right?)
