The Greatist Table: 5 Healthy Butternut Squash Recipes
There are thousands of new recipes posted online every day. We love trolling sites like Pinterest, Gojee, and Tastespotting as much as the next person, but we realize that can be a huge time drain. This week, everyone's prepping the turkey and working on cranberry sauce, so we decided to go for something a little less traditional. Butternut squash is a great way to add seasonal flavor to any recipe — it's less intense than pumpkin, just as sweet as a sweet potato, and super versatile to boot. Here are five of our favorite recipes from this week.
