This week, everyone's prepping the turkey and working on cranberry sauce, so we decided to go for something a little less traditional. Butternut squash is a great way to add seasonal flavor to any recipe — it's less intense than pumpkin, just as sweet as a sweet potato, and super versatile to boot.
