This warm breakfast is healthy with a capital H. Featuring eggs, Greek yogurt, greens, garlic, and not much else, it’s a delicious way to get protein and veggies first thing in the morning.

Why didn’t we think of this first? This ingenius recipe lets baked sweet potatoes shine by stuffing them with eggs, sausage, tomatoes, avocado, and a sprinkling of cheese. With plenty of fiber, protein, fat, and carbs, this meal will keep you full until lunch.

“Porridge” reminds us of gluey, sticky, gloppy, and generally blah-tasting oatmeal. Not so with this inventive recipe. Regular old oats get a makover thanks to persimmons, pistachios, honey, and a sprinkling of brown sugar.
