This week, Greatist ate well. Or, we hope we fed you all well! We had three delicious recipes (chocolate, ice cream sandwiches, and a quinoa salad — yum!) and found the ten best healthier beers to wash them all down with. But it wasn't all about eating — we also sampled some cool new personal training programs with Wello, learned how to find our one-rep max (without seriously injuring ourselves in the process), and then learned how to foam roll like a pro before and after all that exercise (and the competitive eating too, of course). And since today is Friday the 13th, we also dug a little deeper to find out why superstition might actually be good for you! (So don't you dare feel bad for avoiding that ladder or not adopting that adorable black cat in the pet store window.) — Kate Morin
