For the next month, we're focusing on being more mindful, less stressed, and happier overall with the help of Greatist's Month of Mindfulness.
With summer coming on in full-force, it's easy to get caught up in the social extravagance that warm weather invites. From BBQ's to beach parties, outdoor yoga to outdoor happy hours, having a fun-filled schedule is awesome — but it can be equally exhausting.
We want to stay grounded this summer by forming a routine that reminds us to slow down, too. And we're doing just that on Lift, an app that helps people create habits, set goals, and interact with friends
So join us for a Month of Mindfulness, where we're working on small tweaks that will make us feel lighter, less stressed, and full of energy. The three habits we’ll be focusing on throughout the month include:
- Saying "no" to one thing per day
- Meditating (even if it's for 5 minutes!)
- Going to sleep by midnight
