Before you tackle this workout, try this quick and effective full-body warm-up. It's just five simple moves but hits every major muscle group and gets your heart pumping.

Greatist Workout of the Day: Wednesday, December 17th

Turf Trainer

As fast as is safely possible, complete 10 reps of each of the following movements in order. Repeat the circuit 2 more times, doing 15 reps of each movement the second time and 20 reps of each the third.

Broad Jumps
Plank Splits (per side)
