Greatist Workout of the Day: Backwards Bear

Backwards Bear

Going as fast as is safely possible, complete 10 rounds of the following circuit.

25-meter Back Pedal

25-meter Bear Crawl

1-minute Side Forearm Plank (30 seconds per side)
