Hold Till It Hurts

Going as fast as is safely possible, complete 4 rounds of the following circuit.

1-minute Wall Sit

1-minute Handstand Hold

1-minute Forearm Plank Hold

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? Hold a medium-weight kettlebell or dumbbell in front of your chest during the wall sits!
