Greatist Workout of the Day: Wall What?!

Wall What?!

Complete 9 reps of the following movements, then 6 reps, then 3 reps as fast as safely possible.

Wall Walks

Knees to Elbows (per knee)

Bicycle Sit-Ups (per side)

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? No need; the wall walks will be plenty of work!
