· Start your workout with SMR (Self-Myofascial Release) by foam rolling.

· Stand on top of a small step, and perform your reverse lunge from there. The step will increase the depth – and therefore the difficulty - of this exercise.

· The single leg deadlift actually looks nothing like a traditional deadlift. Make sure you are doing it correctly by checking out this useful guide to the single leg deadlift.
