Greatist Workout of the Day: Tabata Tuesday

Tabata Tuesday

Perform each movement for a total of 4 minutes, alternating between 20 seconds of all-out effort and 10 seconds of rest.

The total length of the workout is 12 minutes.

Leg Raises
Split Squats
Knees to Elbows

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? Substitute weighted split squats for regular split squats by holding medium-weight kettlebell or dumbbell on the same side hand as your working leg!
