Greatist Workout of the Day: Up & Down & Up


Going as fast as is safely possible, complete as many rounds of the following circuit as you can in 15 minutes.

5 Handstand Kick-Ups
10 Step-Ups (5 per leg)
15 V-Ups

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? Substitue the handstand kick-ups for handstand push-ups!
