Greatist Workout of the Day: The 7s Workout

The 7s Workout

Complete 7 rounds of the following circuit as fast as is safely possible.

7 Explosive Push-Ups
7 Lateral Burpees
7 V-Ups

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? For the explosive push-ups, set tall bumper plates 1 inch outside of your hands and, when lowering chest back down, land your hands on top! Reset by simply moving your hands back to the starting position.
