Greatist Workout of the Day: Little Raven


Going as fast as is safely possible, complete 25 reps of each movement in the circuit, then 20 reps, then 15 reps.

Elevated Push-Ups
Plank Splits (total, not per side)

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? The higher your feet are on the elevated push-ups, the tougher the GWOD will be!
