Complete as many rounds of the following circuit as is safely possible in 20 minutes.

10 Box Jumps
15 Hand Release Push-Ups
20 Lunges (10 per leg)

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? Wear a weight vest during the workout or swap the hand release push-ups for elevated push-ups!
