Greatist Workout of the Day: Walk the Plank

Walk the Plank

Going as fast as is safely possible, complete 25 reps of each movement in the circuit, then 20 reps, then 15 reps.

High Knees (reps per knee)
Elevated Push-Ups
Plank Jumps

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? The higher your feet are on the elevated push-ups the tougher this GWOD will be!
